Stress to Bliss Groups
Stress to Bliss Groups are based on the principles of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and the book Turn Stress Into Bliss. They are designed to help reduce stress and build resiliency. Some groups are general in nature while others address a particular aspect or symptom of stress.
Groups are run by trained Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Group Facilitators in many parts of the country. They typically meet one evening per week for Eight Weeks and each week a different "life theme" is the focus for the gentle yoga experiences, meditation, and discussions. For example one of the early themes focuses on "Befriending Your Body".
