My first emotional release

I already am a very sensitive person so yoga for me is very spiritual. My first release was when I was getting used to the practice. It became easy for me to let go and just be there without thought or judgement. I was in camel posture and just started sobbing tears of uncontrollable gratitude. It was pretty funny. I remember laughing as well. It was amazing. Yoga helped me to feel more purposeful in other aspects in my life and gain more confidence and feeling OK with others, and accepting my past. Wow!

It happens almost every class now. I've still got lots of stuff to work on I suppose.
