Infidelity Stress

Infidelity stress in marriage (PISD) can affect health, both emotionally and physically.

A breach of trust can be the source of enormous stress for those affected. Most marriages now end in divorce and the main trigger for marriage break-up is usually infidelity.

It is possible to rescue a relationship from the brink of break-up but it requires a committed effort, the repair of damage, and a change in the quality of communication and awareness for those affected.

Continuing infidelity in a relationship is also stressful to both parties. When infidelity is occurring in a relationship, something is amiss and both parties experience the stress of it regardless of weather the "secret" is out or not.

To learn what is involved in surviving infidelity and recovering from the stress it causes here is an excellent resource.
